Agency Disclaimer: Relaxed Cruises, an independently owned and operated agency, acts solely as a general booking agent on behalf of the customer, for the purpose of processing bookings and reservations with various cruise lines and travel suppliers. Relaxed Cruises has no control over the travel suppliers, the fares charged for services, their policies and procedures, change in itineraries, the scheduling of their services, or their methods of providing services. Therefore, Relaxed Cruises shall not be liable or responsible, and is released of responsibility and liability, for any delay, inconvenience, loss or damage for personal or property injury, to any Passenger resulting from breach of contract or any acts or omissions on the part of any travel supplier, cancellation of any service by a travel supplier, any refund due from a travel supplier, any terrorist activities, civil or labor unrest, mechanical or construction defects or failures, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, or any other cause.
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance provides protection in the event the trip is cancelled or interrupted due to specified circumstances, as well as medical expense and baggage loss. Insurance is to be purchased at the time of deposit to ensure maximum coverage.
Cancellations: Any and all cancellations must be made in writing at least seven calendar days before the travel supplier’s penalty period begins. Please refer to the travel supplier’s brochure for information regarding cancellation charges. Relaxed Cruises reserves the right to assess a per person administration fee for any cancelled reservations in addition to any supplier imposed penalties.
Disputed Charges: Client agrees not to institute credit card chargeback or dispute for any authorized charges. Any disputed or incorrect charges should be reported to Relaxed Cruises immediately so that they can be reviewed and corrected if necessary with the Travel Supplier. Client agrees to reimburse Relaxed Cruises and Travel Supplier for reasonable collection efforts for authorized and valid charges.
Travel Supplier Policies: Travel suppliers’ brochures contain important information. Read travel suppliers’ policies concerning cancellation penalties. It is each passenger’s responsibility to have all required documentation, including but not limited to: (1) government issued birth certificate and photo ID, or (2) valid passport and/or visa. Passports are recommended for all international travel. All passengers assume full responsibility for inquiring and confirming passport, visa, vaccination, other entry requirements, safety and security conditions of destinations to be visited. The “Taxes” category on the Travel Invoice includes air taxes, port taxes, departure fees, government fees and fuel surcharges if applicable. These costs are imposed by the suppliers and airlines and are subject to change until time of departure. Relaxed Cruises has no control over these taxes and fees and should they increase your invoice will reflect this increase.
